Staff
Each facility has one member of staff. The Assistant comes free with the building; the three higher tiers are rented with Gems for one, three, six or twelve months, at the same prices in every building.

Director: the cut on salaries and the upkeep of all six facilities. Groundsman: the starting-strength bonus for the home side where home advantage applies; it does not apply in friendlies or neutral cup finals. Coach: skill points per training session. Physio: energy per recovery session before the age factor. Doctor: treatment time as a share of the injury, and the days between check-ups. Scout: the centre OVR a Youth Academy talent is drawn around.
Rules#
- When a rental expires the building falls back to the Assistant.
- Renewing an active rental adds to the time left rather than replacing it.
- Upgrading a running rental to a higher tier costs the difference between the two prices, prorated over the hours left in the term.
- A one-time welcome trial puts a Master in all six buildings for 72 hours, free, and is offered only while no paid rental is active anywhere.
- Bring in your first Staff pays 150,000.
