Club & facilities
Six facilities, each from level 1 to 20 on one shared cost ladder, each run by one member of staff. What a level buys differs per building; what it costs does not.
What each building does#
| Facility | What the level sets | Level 1 | Level 20 | Staff |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Office | Contract cap | 26 players | 50 players | Director |
| Stadium | Seats and ticket ceiling | 10,000 seats, ceiling 3 | 60,000 seats, ceiling 5 | Groundsman |
| Training Centre | Players in training at once | 1 | 5 | Coach |
| Recovery Centre | Recovery slots, energy after injury and at season start | 1 slot, 81% | 5 slots, 100% | Physio |
| Medical Centre | Players in treatment or check-up at once | 1 | 5 | Doctor |
| Youth Academy | Talents per season and search time | 1 talent, 480 h | 5 talents, 120 h | Scout |
The rules every building shares#
- Only one facility can be under construction at a time.
- No facility can be raised above the Office's level.
- Level 2 costs 30,000 and 24 hours; level 20 costs 2,500,000 and 105 hours. All nineteen upgrades come to 12,070,000 and 1,377 hours per building.
- Finishing an upgrade instantly costs Gems equal to the target level squared: 4 for level 2, 100 for level 10, 400 for level 20. The first Office upgrade is the one free instant.
- Every building charges upkeep of 350 per level on every competitive match: 2,100 a match with all six at level 1, 42,000 with all six at level 20.
- The Director cuts salaries and upkeep by 5%, 12.5% or 25% by tier; the other five staff make their building do more of what it does.
