Rules of Play

Останнє оновлення: 30 вересня 2026 року (версія 1)

These Rules of Play form part of, and are to be read together with, the Tacteros Terms of Service. A breach of any provision below is treated as a breach of Terms Section 11 (Suspension and termination) and may result in the sanctions set out in Section 9 of these Rules.

1. Accounts

1.1. Each person may hold and play only one Tacteros account. Where several accounts are found to be controlled by the same person for the purpose of gaining an advantage — including but not limited to the conduct described in Sections 2 and 6 — all such accounts are subject to action, not only the most recently created one.

1.2. The account holder is the person to whom the account’s registered email address belongs. We may request confirmation of this for the purpose of resolving a dispute over an account.

1.3. You may access your account from any device of your choosing. You may not, however, disclose your login credentials to another person or allow another person to play on your account. Where an account is found to have been used by more than one person, actions taken on it are treated as the account holder’s own.

2. The transfer market

2.1. Tacteros operates a one-sided market: clubs and players are sold by Tacteros itself, not by one manager to another.

2.2. You may not use a second account, or an arrangement with another manager, to avoid genuine competition on a lot — including agreeing not to bid against another party, or placing bids intended to drive up the price of a lot for a rival rather than to win it yourself.

3. Club and manager names

3.1. A chosen name must not impersonate Tacteros staff, another person, a real football club, or any other real brand.

3.2. A chosen name must not be offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Bugs and exploits

4.1. If you become aware of an error, bug, or unintended behaviour in Tacteros, you are asked to report it through a support ticket.

4.2. Knowingly using such an error for gain — including but not limited to additional currency, an altered match result, or circumvention of a game limit — is treated as a breach under Section 1.

5. Purchases outside the official store

5.1. Accounts, in-game currency, and in-game items may only be bought, sold, or exchanged for real-world money through Tacteros’ own payment provider (Xsolla).

5.2. We are not able to assist with, or take responsibility for, disputes arising from any exchange conducted outside the official store.

6. Conduct toward other players and staff

6.1. Threats, harassment, and abusive conduct directed at other managers or at Tacteros staff are not permitted, whether in chat, in a support ticket, or through any other channel within Tacteros.

7. Leaving Tacteros

7.1. Account deletion may be requested at any time from account settings. From the date of the request, a period of fourteen days applies during which the request may be cancelled; a confirmation email is sent at the start of this period and another once it concludes.

7.2. On expiry of the fourteen-day period, personal data associated with the account is erased and cannot be recovered.

7.3. The club itself is not removed from its league. It retains its position, is assigned a new name, and continues to operate without further connection to the former account holder.

8. Clubs without an active manager

8.1. A club whose manager does not set a lineup continues to be entered into competition, but performs at a reduced level compared to a club under active management, and at a further reduced level once it has no manager at all.

8.2. A club left in this state will progressively drop through the divisions and, once it reaches the lowest one, is removed from the league. The time this takes varies with the club’s standing at the point management stops.

8.3. Where an account holder no longer intends to play, requesting account deletion under Section 7 is the preferred course: it results in proper handling of personal data and takes effect sooner.

9. Enforcement

9.1. We review reports of conduct described in these Rules and act at our discretion. We are not obliged to disclose the specific evidence underlying a decision.

9.2. Sanctions are applied according to severity and history:

(a) A first, low-impact matter — such as an inappropriate name or an initial report of disrespectful conduct — results in a warning issued through a support ticket, stating what must change.

(b) A matter repeated after a warning, or one with material impact on other players — such as bid collusion under Section 2, or account sharing under Section 1 — results in a temporary block. There is no fixed duration; access is restored following review with the account holder through a support ticket.

(c) A severe matter, or conduct at scale — including multiple accounts operated for reward abuse, real-money trading outside the official store, harassment continuing after a warning, or exploitation of a bug for material gain — results in permanent removal of the account, together with any linked accounts identified under Section 1.

9.3. An account holder who considers a decision mistaken may raise it through a support ticket for review.

10. Amendments

10.1. These Rules may be updated as Tacteros develops. Material changes will be announced within the game.
