Terms of Service
Última actualización: 30 de septiembre de 2026 (versión 1)
By accessing or using Tacteros (“the Service”), a browser-based football manager game operated by Lounge House Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms are legally binding. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
How Tacteros handles personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. The Rules of Play form part of these Terms.
1. Who we are
Tacteros is operated by Lounge House Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under Companies House number 17193445, with registered office at 9 Chapel Place, 2nd Floor, London, EC2A 3DQ, United Kingdom. The Service is accessible at tacteros.com. For any questions regarding these Terms, contact us at Email.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Tacteros you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 16.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may access your account from any device, but you may not share your login credentials with, or allow another person to play on, your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or unauthorised third-party software; create or operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage; use offensive, abusive, or infringing names or content; disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Detailed conduct rules — including on the transfer market, account security, and reporting bugs — are set out in our Rules of Play, which form part of these Terms. We may remove content or take action against accounts that breach these rules, up to and including suspension or termination under Section 11.
5. Virtual currencies and in-game assets
The Service includes virtual currencies (including gems, scout points, and in-game balance) and other in-game assets (including players, teams, buildings, and items). These virtual currencies and assets: have no monetary value and do not constitute real-world money, property, or a financial instrument; cannot be exchanged, redeemed, cashed out, or transferred for real-world money or anything of value outside the Service; are licensed to you for use within the Service only, and you do not own them; may be modified, managed, or removed by us, and may be lost if your account is closed or terminated.
Anything you pay for with real money is fixed and disclosed before you pay — no purchase made with real money is randomised. Where a purchase credits currency or a player directly to your account, this happens immediately. Where a purchase or a free reward takes the form of a pack you open separately, its contents are shown at the time you receive it as either guaranteed or a stated chance, before you choose to open it.
6. Purchases
You may purchase virtual currency, and certain in-game items, using real money through Xsolla, our payment provider and the merchant of record for these transactions. Xsolla's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself; we do not store your full payment details. All prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Purchases are typically fulfilled immediately on successful payment.
7. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Virtual currency and in-game items are digital content supplied immediately on purchase. By making a purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Refund requests are handled by Xsolla under its own Refund Policy. In summary: for in-game currency, a refund is available if it was not received, if the same purchase was accidentally made twice within a few minutes and has not yet been redeemed, or if it was purchased by mistake and has not yet been redeemed. For in-game items, a refund is available if the item was not received, or if the same purchase was accidentally made twice within a few minutes and has not yet been redeemed. A refund is not available for technical problems with the Service (please report these to us directly) or for a general change of mind once an item has been redeemed. The current full policy is available from Xsolla at checkout and through Xsolla support.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
We provide the Service on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including game features, balancing, virtual currencies, and in-game assets, at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Notifications and communications
The in-game notification feed is part of the Service. You may also connect Telegram as an optional external channel for selected game and service notifications. Connecting Telegram does not replace the in-game feed. External delivery may be delayed or unavailable and is not guaranteed, so you remain responsible for checking Tacteros for current game state. Telegram is a third-party service subject to its own availability, terms, and privacy policy.
You may change game-notification preferences, including non-promotional Game announcements, or disconnect Telegram from your account settings. Transactional game notifications are separate from direct marketing. Special offers in Telegram and Tacteros news and special offers by email are controlled by separate, optional marketing preferences, which you may withdraw as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content, materials, and software in the Service are owned by Lounge House Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain no rights beyond the limited licence to use the Service under these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and remove your account, at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or our Rules of Play. Suspensions and their possible consequences are described in more detail in the Rules of Play.
You may leave Tacteros at any time by requesting account deletion from your account settings. From the date of your request you have fourteen days in which to cancel; we email you when the request is made and again once it is completed. If you do not cancel, your personal data is permanently erased at the end of that period and cannot be recovered. Financial records connected to your account are kept for six years as required by UK law, and are not affected by this erasure.
Deleting your account does not remove your club from the league. It keeps its place, is given a new name from a standard pool, and continues to operate with no further connection to you. If you stop managing your club without requesting deletion, it continues to be entered automatically at a reduced level of performance, and will progressively drop through the divisions and eventually be removed once it reaches the lowest one — see the Rules of Play for detail.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lounge House Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of virtual currencies or in-game assets, or loss of profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
